JACANA MINERALS DEMERGER
Syrah Resources Limited (ASX: SYR) is pleased to announce that further to the ASX announcement on 1 October 2014 following shareholder approval of the Jacana Minerals Limited (Jacana Minerals) demerger, Syrah Resources Limited (Syrah) confirms that the demerger of Jacana Minerals from Syrah has taken effect such that Jacana Minerals is no longer part of the Syrah group.
Syrah shareholders who have become Jacana Minerals shareholders on a 3:10 basis will be sent details of their shareholding in Jacana Minerals by the share registry in due course.
