Lluvia de Oro Mine Update
TSX Venture Exchange - Symbol: COL - Shares Outstanding: 94,970,527
Material Added to Heap - Construction of the second lift of the new heap continued using crushed material from the old heap. This second heap is now 6 m above the first one. About 40,000 additional tonnes have been placed under leach. Space is now available to start bringing crushed off-heap material back to the new heap, but this area will probably be reserved for higher-grade material from peripheral deposits.
Additional Mineable Material - Trenching and sampling continued on the El Cobre and El Pozo deposits as well as on an oxidized area immediately S of El Pozo. Nothing further was added to the heap from these areas, due to assaying limitations.

Leaching - Leach pipe has now been laid on a further 4,000 sq. m. of the new heap. Some problems with scaling of the emitters have been encountered. Descalant dosage has been increased in response.
ADR Plant - Caustic/cyanide stripping of loaded carbon has commenced with the resultant high-grade pregnant solution reporting to the electrolytic cell for electrowinning. A 168 troy oz. gold-silver button was produced on July 30 and shipped to Nogales on the border for furtherance to the Johnson-Matthey refinery at Salt Lake City.
SART Copper Recovery Plant - Installation of the filter press is under way, also piping for concentrate feed lines and compressed air lines. The water loop is essentially complete, supplying water for reagent mixing and pump gland water. The lime loop has been completed.
