July 26, 2016, Vancouver, BC -- Lorraine Copper Corp. ('Lorraine Copper' or 'the Company') (TSX-V: LLC) has filed an amended report of the NI 43-101 Summary Report on its 49% owned Lorraine Property. The original report was filed on June 8, 2016. The Amended Report is the result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission which found a number of disclosure issues in the original report. These issues have been corrected and resolved and are detailed within the report. This amended report does not include any new data or other inputs and there are no material changes to any interpretations, results or conclusions.

Gary Giroux, P.Eng, and Leo Lindinger, P.Geo., are qualified persons for the purpose of National Instrument 43-101 and have authored the NI 43-101 Technical Report, which will be filed on SEDAR immediately. Gary Giroux completed the resource estimate and takes responsibility for that portion of the report. Additionally they have read and take responsibility for the contents of this news release. G.L.
