At the meeting, shareholders also approved and confirmed the company´s shareholder rights plan agreement. Confirmation of the by-law regulating the nomination of directors was withdrawn for consideration by shareholders prior to the meeting, however, because it was apparent that a vote on the by-law would not succeed based upon the shares voted by proxy in advance of the meeting. The by-law ceased to be effective as of today.
