Posted on December 23, 2014
Ottawa, Ontario. Melkior Resources Inc. ("Melkior") (TSX.V: "MKR"; OTCPK: "MKRIF"; FSE: "MEK") has completed an Induced Polarization survey close to the boundary between Melkior and Lake Shore Gold Corp. The data has been interpreted and two holes targeting two Induced Polarization anomalies are currently being drilled. These will be completed before Christmas.
The successful drilling of the gold zones at 1010, Zam Zam, Shenkman and Jowsey was based on drilling Induced polarization anomalies.
The target area is located approximately 800 metres south of the Zam Zam - Shenkman gold zones and immediately north of the historical Aumo shaft.
Melkior's Carscallen property is 100% owned and located on highway 101 approximately 25 km from the centre of Timmins.
