Nayarit Gold encounters 9.59 g/t gold and 980.15 g/t silver, or 29.19 g/t g old equivalent over true width of 5.42m

Includes 24.88 g/t gold and 3,170 g/t silver over 1.20m true width

Nayarit Gold Inc. (TSXV: NYG) is pleased to announce additional high grade gold and silver assay results, obtained in the third and fourth holes in it s Phase One - 7,000 metre diamond drilling program in the Orion District in Nayarit State, Mexico. Holes OR-07-32 and OR-07-33 were the third and fou rth of seven holes drilled to test the "Minas de Animas" structure. High g rade gold-silver mineralization in drill hole OR-07-32 extends from sample No. 725473 to 725483, which span the drill hole depth from 175.5 to 185.5m, with gold and silver mineralization continuing to persist to sample 90524 at a depth of 237.0m
The following table summarizes assay data received from drill hole OR-07-32 and OR-07-33, it should be noted that sample 725479 is a duplicate of 7254 78 and the values for the two samples have been averaged to arrive at a com posite number:

While drill hole OR-07-33 did not intersect significant gold-silver mineral ization, it did intersect the Del Norte structure from 155.4 to 170.7m. We note that OR-07-32 is the eastern-most of our drill holes in the Animas st ructural zone and contains the best intercept, and that OR-07-33 is the wes tern-most of our drill holes in the Animas structure. The two drill holes are separated by an east-west distance of 120 metres, with successful drill holes OR-07-30 and OR-07-31 between the two. Based on drill holes OR-07-3 0 through OR-07-33 we conclude that we may have a shoot of mineralization t hat both thickens and increases in grade to the east, with our best interce pt in our eastern-most drill hole.

QA/QC Procedures: The Company has implemented a quality control program to ensure best practices in sampling and analysis of the core samples. The cor e is first logged then split in half during the sampling process with the r emaining half being retained for verification and reference purposes. Dupli cates, standards and blanks are inserted randomly into the sample stream. T he samples are delivered directly in security sealed bags to ALS-Chemex Lab oratories preparation facility in Guadalajara, Jalisco (Certification ISO 9 001). Sample pulps are shipped from there to ALS-Chemex Laboratories in Nor th Vancouver, Canada for analysis by ICP techniques. Metallic screen fire a nalyses for silver are also regularly run as an additional QA/QC check. Go ld equivalent values are calculated using a 50:1 ratio.
