Non-Brokered Private Placement

Kermode Resources is pleased to announce it has arranged a non-brokered
private placement consisting of 2 million shares at $0.10 per share for
proceeds of $200,000.
Kermode will pay a finder's fee of 6% of funds raised payable either in
cash or shares. Completion of this financing is subject to TSX Venture
Exchange acceptance. All of the securities issued pursuant to this
offering will have a hold period expiring four months from the closing
date
The funds will be used towards property acquisitions and working
capital.
