VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ Primero Mining Corp. (PPP) on Thursday reported a loss of $98.3 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of 60 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.
The precious metals producer posted revenue of $71.4 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $106.9 million, or 66 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $291.3 million.
The company's shares closed at $1.47. A year ago, they were trading at $3.26.
