Re: Gravity West Staking program Expands Ground in Sibley Basin Uranium Zon e.

Gravity West Mining Corp. (TSX-V:GRW) is pleased to announce that the Compa ny has increased its landholdings in the Sibley Basin after reviewing the r esults of the Company's recently completed VTEM survey undertaken by Geotec h Services Ltd. on its West Sibley Basin property, (NR July 30,2007).

The Sibley Basin uranium property consists of a 100% interest in 50,680 acr es, along with an additional 21,250 Acres of Sibley Basin Uranium Rights g ranted from Cascadia Minerals (NR sept 18, 2007), totalling 71,930 acres be fore this new staking.

The recent staking activity increases the size of the Company's regional la nd portfolio to over 81,000 acres. The ground staked is an extension eastwa rd from the Company?s Gull Bay claims.

The Company is currently undertaking its 2007 Uranium Drilling Program, whi ch is designed to test geophysical and geological targets for Athabasca Bas in-type unconformity uranium mineralization within the Sibley Basin project areas.

The VTEM survey covered Gravity West?s "8 kilometer long" Black Sturgeon Fault Zone extending northward from RPT Uranium Corp's ground, directly on to Gravity West?s Gull Bay claims.

Gravity West?s neighbor to the south, RPT Uranium (TSX-V:RPT) recently an nounced a 10,000-metre drill program focusing on the Split Rapids area, nea r the Black Sturgeon fault zone, focusing on several clusters of uranium-be aring veins along a 900-metre-long Archean iron formation. RPT's recent hig hlights in the area include 1.50 metres of 2.99 per cent U3O8 (hole BS05-30 ), 0.72 metre of 4.68 percent U3O8 (hole BSE07-03) and 6.35 metres of 0.222 per cent U3O8 (hole BSE07-31). Drilling continues.

Livio Susin, Gravity West president points out that: ?With our drilling program currently underway and Rampart?s ongoing drilling, our aggressive land acquisition positions us as one of the larger landholders in The Sibl ey Basin.? Rampart has proved that there is Uranium in the system. It i s now a matter of finding the deposits.?

Management also announces that it has zero exposure to sub-prime mortgage i nvestments in the United States.
