ACQUISITION
March 25, 2008
LADNER, B.C. - SNL
Enterprises Ltd. (“SNL”, “the company”) announces the acquisition of a 100%
interest in several mineral claims groups in the area of Alice Arm, B.C.,
namely the Dawson Ridge, Campbell Ridge and Boundary Range claim groups. The
Dawson Ridge and Boundary Range claim groups are adjacent to the Company’s
Keystone property, to the west and south, respectively, and the Campbell Ridge
claim group is located north of Alice Arm, on tidewater on the east coast of
Hastings Arm. Details on these claim groups are as follows:

These claim groups were acquired for total cash consideration of $350,000.
The Campbell Ridge claim group is located within 3 kilometres of the Tidewater
Deposit (containing a historical reserve reported at 9,071,000 tonnes grading
0.06% molybdenum, this historical resource estimate, which is considered by SNL
to be relevant, is not compliant with National Instrument (NI) 43-101 and
cannot be considered to be reliable as SNL has not done the work necessary to
verify the classification of the resource). SNL is not treating this historical
estimate as a NI 43-101 defined mineral resource or mineral reserve. The Dawson
Ridge and Boundary Range groups are located four kilometres west and south,
respectively, of the Roundy Creek deposit (containing a historical reserve
reported at 7,000,000 tonnes grading 0.11% MoSs this historical resource
estimate, which is considered by SNL to be relevant, is not compliant with NI
43-101 and cannot be considered to be reliable as SNL has not done the work
necessary to verify the classification of the resource). SNL is not treating
this historical estimate as a NI 43-101 defined mineral resource or mineral
reserve. These claim groups have no known mineralization. However, the Company
believes their proximity to the Eskay Rift and several Alice Arm intrusive
stock-hosted deposits, and their location on a regionally significant contact
between the Eocene Coast Plutonic Complex and sedimentary Bowser Lake Group
makes these properties prospective grass-roots targets for reconnaissance-stage
prospecting and airborne geophysical evaluation. The Company is in the process
of planning a reconnaissance-stage exploration program for these claim groups,
expected to occur in summer 2008 subject to financing.
