Company reports assay results from the 100% owned Kenbridge Nickel Deposit
located near Kenora, Ontario. The eighteen holes reported in this release were
drilled on five drill sections, at a section spacing of 30 metres. Significant
results include 0.65% nickel and 0.17% copper over 116.7 metres including
3.30% nickel and 0.50% copper over 6.7 metres. The five contiguous sections
are situated along 150 metres of the central and northern portions of the
Kenbridge Deposit. A listing of significant intersections is compiled in the

Kenbridge mineralization consists of three higher grade sulphide zones
hosted within a 65 m wide gabbro body. The intersections tabled above
represent intersections of the three zones at relatively shallow levels.
SRK Consulting, (Canada) recently completed a National Instrument 43-101
Resource Estimate on the Kenbridge Deposit (May 4, 2007, on SEDAR). The total
Inferred Resource estimate for Kenbridge was 3.2 million tonnes of 0.73
percent nickel and 0.35 percent copper. The Resource was subdivided into two
inferred resources IF1 and IF2. The IF1 Mineral Resource considered amenable
to open pit mining consists of 2.1M tonnes averaging 0.58% nickel and 0.26%
copper. It extends to a depth of 150 metres, the initial consideration on
limits of an open pit mining operation.
Kim Tyler, President of Canadian Arrow Mines commented, "The first phase
of drilling at Kenbridge is intended to confirm the geometry and continuity of
the near-surface IF1 Resource estimate to a satisfactory level that it may be
upgraded to a Measured/Indicated classification. The eighteen holes tabled in
this release represent the initial results of a robust drill program that will
continue at Kenbridge through the summer and fall. A second drill has been
mobilized to the site and will commence the evaluation and upgrading of the
underground portion of the resource estimate. Opportunities still exist to
expand the resource at its extents. Kenbridge remains open at depth"
"Although confirmation and upgrading of the Kenbridge Resource is our
first priority, early stage exploration has already begun on our outlying
claims. Future drilling programs will expand outwards to follow up on existing
and new exploration targets."
The table below details drill hole survey and directional data.
