Mr. Ray Paquette, CEO, is pleased to announce that all resolutions presented at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting (the 'Meeting') today passed with unanimous approval. Management will be proceeding with the continuation of the Company into the corporate jurisdiction of British Columbia as well as changing the Company's name to Canadian Zeolite Corp
The change of name and the continuation of the Company into British Columbia reflects management's commitment to a new and exciting direction for the Company.
