Antares Minerals Inc. Retains Broadgate Consultants, LLC
Waterdown, Ontario, May 10, 2007. Antares Minerals Inc. (TSX Venture: ANM) announced today that it has retained the services of Broadgate Consultants, LLC to assist with its investor relations activities, with particular emphasis on the U.S. investor market.
"We are pleased to announce that we have selected Broadgate to strengthen the Antares profile in the U.S. financial community.. We chose Broadgate because its industry expertise, standards and methodologies fit best with the message we wish to communicate," noted Mr. John Black, President and CEO of Antares Minerals Inc.
In consideration of the services to be provided, Antares has agreed to pay Broadgate a monthly retainer of US$5,000 on a month-to-month basis with a right of termination upon 60 days' written notice.
Founded in 1987, Broadgate is a recognized leader in capital markets communications for public companies as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Services include communications strategies for transactions and other corporate transition events and general profile building in the capital markets. Broadgate has offices in New York and London.
