Toronto, Ontario, April 10, 2008 -- ECU Silver Mining (TSX:ECU) ("ECU
Silver" or "the Company") announced today that the Company has
appointed CHF Investor Relations (Cavalcanti Hume Funfer Inc., "CHF"),
Canada's longest established investor relations firm, as its new
investment relations counsel (the "CHF Contract").
Under the terms of the agreement between CHF and the Company, CHF will
provide investor relations services for an initial period of twelve
months ending March 31, 2009, subject to customary conditions. CHF's
services include, but are not limited to, assisting with all
shareholder communications, financial community introductions with a
focus on retail brokers and other strategic activities.
