West Vancouver, British Columbia - April 21, 2008 - Columbia Yukon
Explorations Inc. (the "Company" or "Columbia Yukon") is
pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has entered into
an Investment Marketing and Services Agreement (the "Agreement")
with Com-Advice AG of Frankfurt, Germany ("Com-Advice"), pursuant
to which Com-Advice has been retained to provide investor relations and
marketing services to the Company.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will pay Com-Advice a fee of ?
7,000 per month (approx. CDN $10,500) for an initial term of 12 months
(renewable upon mutual agreement). As part of the compensation for such
services, Com-Advice will also be granted 210,000 stock options of the
Company at an exercise price of $0.63. Such options will be subject to
certain vesting requirements in accordance with regulatory requirements and
the terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan.
Com-Advice is based in Frankfurt, Germany (and also has offices in
Baar, Switzerland) and has provided investor relations services for numerous
public companies listed on the TSX and the TSX Venture Exchange, in addition
to many clients listed on various European Exchanges. Com-Advice's objective
is to increase awareness of the Company in the resource investment community
through its extensive network of institutional and accredited investors and
through increased exposure of the Company at mining resource conferences
(which Com-Advice sponsors and organizes in Germany, Switzerland and other
parts of Europe). Additionally, Com-Advice will provide the Company with
improved dissemination and translation of the Company's news releases and
corporate information in an effort to enhance the effectiveness of the
Company's listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (trading symbol: VOR.F).
