On 26 November 2009 Hidefield announced that its shareholders had approved the proposal for the acquisition by Minera IRL Limited of the whole of the issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Hidefield to be implemented by way of scheme of arrangement under section 899 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Scheme").

The ordinary shares in the Company have been suspended from trading on AIM today pending the High Court's decision to sanction the Scheme.
