Tumipampa: Dynacor hits 15.3 g/t of gold over 4.9 meters in a newly discovered Skarn structure

Montr�al, Qu�bec, September 4, 2008 � Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. (TSX: DNG) is pleased to report that its first exploratory drill hole in the newly discovered Skarn structure found gold and copper mineralization, including 15.3 g/t of gold over 4.9 meters (see below).

As mentioned in its press release dated 14 July 2008, Dynacor Gold has uncovered a Skarn structure at the interface between the intrusive batholite Yauri-Andahuaylas and the limestones of the Ferrobamba structure. Based on the results obtained from surface samples taken from outcroppings of the Skarn, the Company decided to immediately undertake an exploratory drill hole of this previously unknown structure. The results are discussed below.

Drill hole HDD-19 has a total length of 294.15 meters and was located at what appears to be the eastern end of the Skarn structure that has a total length of more than 1000 meters, based on visible surface outcroppings. Visual inspection of the core revealed a 74.15 meter long segment that appears to be mineralized with: magnetite, hematite, limonite, disseminated pyrite and pyrite in veinlets, grey-white quartzite, calcite, garnets, epidote and some disseminated chalcopyrite. Within this specularite-magnetite Skarn structure, gold and copper mineralization was found as well as Mo and W anomalies. The assay results are given in Table 1, below.

The drill results show coherence with channel and grab surface samples taken from same host rocks which correspond to the Skarn structure that was recently reported (see Press Release dated July 14, 2008). The surface samples showed gold and copper mineralization, revealing up to 1% copper and gold mineralizations ranging from 2.67g/t to 9.88 g/t. Twelve samples returned gold grades of over 1 g/t and up to 15.65 g/t.  

Based on all of the above results the Company has decided to undertake further drilling of this Skarn structure as soon as possible. However, before initiating this drilling campaign the Company wishes to carry out some detailed geochemical surface surveys, geological mapping and systematic sampling. A precise geophysical data synthesis and analysis will also be completed in order to target future drilling locations as well as estimate the true length of the Skarn structure.

Chemical analysis was done by ALS CHEMEX laboratories in Lima and strict QA/QC protocols were followed.
