There hasn't been many large transactions using hard currency for years. It has been predominantly digital transactions.

Why would Bitcoins be any different? Privacy? Are you out'a your mind?

Granted, it would take a little effort to determine the buyer-seller. Emphasis on "a little effort".

When you hold the keys to the printing press, you can BUY the best minds in the software business. What was posted on the web can always be traced.

Believe what you will. Government edicts trump unfounded beliefs.
