>Gold Backwardation Conspiracy Nonsense  - Mish - Global Economic Analysis
"If interest rates were higher, then it would really be worth getting exercised over." Well if fiat money was not printed, bonds bought and interest rates manipulated none of this would have happened in the first place. If Woody went to the Police... But Woody refuses to take the medicine. Just one more day We may manage to expand taxation base by annexing EU, Canada, Australia, Japan... Then we'll be ok again. Let's just get trough today with another $2.8 billlion. (for those who have been wondering about FED exit strategy, well there it is, and that is why printig will never stop)

Here's another genius-Jim Rogers:"And the foundation had been built for over 20 years and many, many fundamental things came together. But then after 12 years of a bull market more mines started opening, more gold mines were formed and then the Indians said, among others, but mainly the Indians said we’re going to stop all this.
And by the way the French have also recently come out with measures that you cannot buy more than, anything, in cash for more than €1000, to limit the purchase of gold. The Germans are also taking measures to make it more difficult to buy and sell gold. So you have a lot of governments coming together with measures against gold and silver, but especially the Indians. And the Indians are the largest buyers."

Obviously, government restrictions are fundamental things! How stupid of me not to figure that out earlier! Brave new world.
