Bernanke and company is just a one-trick pony. They can do the trick or not. That's all. Effectively inject money into the system or not. From this one trick, everything else is derived.

If you are gonna be a one-trick pony, you better make sure that it is the trick that is in demand and that you are the absolute best at it.
It would appear that the trick wasn't in demand in Japan either.

But a chill down his neck? You fail to understand, believers believe without question. Any and all evidence contrary to the belief is either discounted, ignored or ridiculed.

If you are a hammer, everything else is nail. One-trick pony.
