“What are the chances fracking fluids could penetrate all that rock to reach someone’s water well?”

It would appear that Bill Gwozd hasn't heard of or has purposely forgot about the many instances where fracking has interrupted or made unusable wells on peoples property directly above fracked zones. With the new micro seismic hopefully the mistakes that were made can be avoided and production can continue without causing further damage to water wells as they can now steer the holes away from such areas. It will however come down to how greedy the oil companies are and based on previous history it can go both ways as they have little regard for the rights of land owners.
