Your analysis could be the true "reality". This sort of reality implies there are no real markets anymor, the minority gets away "breaking" the rule of law at the expense of the majority, it does not profit to play by the rules anymore, greed pays, policy fails or at least its implementation, political expediency is beyond the rules they make, lawlessness has prevailed. We are heading to anarchy and breakdown of the system that's supposedly they are saving!
