Who ever wrote this article seems hopeful that the Central Banks will get rid of the dollar as the world currency. I have a large chunk of money invested in gold and silver, and I can tell you that this is the last thing I would want. I think it would bring prices of gold and silver up, but Im afraid that it would be far out weighed by the negative things it would do to our economy.
