Leopards do not change their spots.China so far as "ganging up against" goes has a track record of shirking its responsibility on the World stage.What did China ever do to help India when it was colonised by France :Portugal and latterly by England ? It just wants to hide behind a Bamboo Curtain.Any reason this time it is different ?
All I hear and read is whinging and whining about the E.I.Co. and the D.E.I.Co.
The Yanks, noisome and all as they are never backed out of a fight yet.
