This an excellent article.
The mining companies should buy short papers and ask to deliver physical gold,silver,platinum,palladium.
The Cartel of big investment banks which are issue papers will be crack over night and after that all will be normal supply and demand.
I do not understan why they do not do it.
The Cartel is borrowing money to miners and control them,but they should do like Cartel do buy short with deliver.

I will not insult your intelligence by dwelling on the long term solution that you are so very well aware of (i.e., reduce mining output at low prices, both as a way to pressure prices higher, and as a way to conserve your precious in ground resource for times when prices are more favorable)...
