So ... is this where the USA citizens obtaining gold over time are forced to surrender their precious metals through confiscation ... when the dollar is not worth anything ... to ... ahemmm ... bail out the government who can't quit spending us into debt ... and thus be able to still compete globally with countries now hoarding precious metals?
