Gold market liquidity and manipulation - Bron Suchecki - Perth Mint

Bron, I was wondering if the planned Allocated Bullion Exchange (ABX) would have any impact on the liquidity of the Gold market. Would it not at least remove some of the most illiquid pockets? Also, what do you hear about its planned implementation and viability of the ABX? Maybe an article on the ABX might be of interest. I much appreciate your analytical no-hype articles.
