You don't need a gun to take over a country. All that is necessary is to eliminate job opportunities, make health care unaffordable, increase prices, tax everything and make education a lesson in submissive/compliant behavior.

How much resistance would you get from a population that is poor, sick, overburdened, stupid and compliant? The country is yours for the taking.
