Hi James- I'm an doctor working in the socialised medicine paradise of Australia. Here, you would have immediately complained about your physicians behaviour to the HQCC (Health Quality Complains Commission) and sent him to bureaucratic hell for 12 months or so. I wish Astra Zeneca would offer me a bribe; here we aren't even allowed to receive free pens anymore...Good luck with Obamacare, the average wait for a hip replacement down here is just over 2 years.
