| A portion of the Sickle-Sofia Property is subject to an underlying 3% Net Smelter Royalty (NSR) held by a third party. The Company can reduce the NSR through various cash payments ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 per property or lump sum payments ranging from $350,000 to $1,000,000. |
