The Beaufor Mine property is located approximately 27 km to the northeast of the town of Val-d’Or, in the Abitibi-Est county, Province of Quebec.

Some structural test drilling was successively done on the Perron property in 1963, 1978,
1981 and 1982, but without significant economic intersections. In 1984, an agreement to
use the shaft No 5 for underground exploration purposes of the Pascali Plus...

The Beaufor, Perron and Pascalis mines belong to the same gold bearing hydrothermal
system and their geometry is appreciably similar. Gold bearing mineralisation occures in
veins associated with shear zones moderately dipping south. Mineralisation is associated
with quartz-tourmaline veins resulting from the filling of shear and tension fractures.
