| Nilam has aquired the Llipa property in central Peru for the purchase price of $100,000. |

The property is located in the Ancash Mining district, some 380 miles from Peru's capital city by highway, and is composed of two major mining concessions, The Prospera mine and La Prospera XXI, both of whose ore samples have shown to contain a high potential for gold, silver and copper.

The mine was previously in production and had already produced 1 million tons of tailings containing copper, gold, silver, and zinc which currently remain on the property.

The soil at the LLIPA mine is composed of volcanic rocks, which are highly sought after for their considerable yields of Gold, Copper, Silver, Zinc and Lead. According to soil analyses by SGS Laboratories, the property also contains deposits of: bornite, chalcopyrite, chrisocola, tourmaline, limonites, jarosite and crystallized quartz
