In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notification is hereby given of Mr Mangisi Gule?s retirement as ARM?s Executive Director: Corporate Affairs with effect from 30 June 2013. Mr Gule will remain on the ARM Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2013.
