NEW YORK, April 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Acadia Healthcare Company (ACHC) will replace Joy Global Inc. (JOY) in the S&P MidCap 400 effective prior to the open on Thursday, April 6. Komatsu Ltd. is acquiring Joy Global in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date, pending final conditions.
Acadia Healthcare develops and operates inpatient psychiatric facilities, residential treatment centers, group homes, substance abuse facilities, and outpatient behavioral healthcare facilities. Headquartered in Franklin, TN, the company will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Health Care Facilities Sub-Industry index.
