Occidental Petroleum Corp (OXY) declined to $59.15

The prices of Occidental Petroleum Corp. (OXY) shares have declined to $59.15 on August 18, which is only 3.3% above the three-year low of $57.20.


Occidental Petroleum Corp. is an American international oil and gas exploration and production company. It has operations in the United States, the Middle East and Latin America. In 2015, it was the 16th largest gas producer and 3rd largest oil producer in Texas.

Express Scripts Holding is an American pharmaceutical company that is the largest pharmacy benefit management organization and the 20th largest company in the U.S. The company provides integrated pharmacy management services including networking pharmacy claims processing, home delivery pharmacy services and specialty pharmacy benefit management.

AutoZone Inc. (AZO) Declined to $510.19

The prices of AutoZone Inc. (AZO) shares have declined to $510.19 on Aug. 18, which is only 3.7% above the three-year low of $491.13.

AutoZone Inc is an American international retailer of aftermarket automotive parts and accessories in the U.S. It is the second largest retailer of its kind, behind Advance Auto Parts. The company also owns private label brands such as Valucraft and Duralast. The company has over 5,324 stores in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.

AutoZone Inc. has a market cap of $14.3 billion; its shares were traded around $510.19 with a P/E ratio of 11.85 and P/S ratio of 1.39. AutoZone Inc. had an annual average earnings growth of 18.90% over the past 10 years.

On May 23 AutoZone Inc. reported third quarter earnings for the quarter ended May 6. The company had a net sales of $2.6 billion, an increase of 1% from the third quarter of fiscal 2016. Domestic store sales declined 0.8% for the quarter. However, net income for the quarter increased 1.3% over the same period last year to $331.7 million, while diluted earnings per share increased 6.2% to $11.44 per share from $10.77 per share during third quarter fiscal 2016.

Noble Energy Inc. (NBL) declined to $23.65

The prices of Noble Energy Inc. (NBL) shares have declined to $23.65 on Aug. 18, which is only 2.7% above the three-year low of $23.01.

Noble Energy Inc. is an American international petroleum and natural gas exploration and production company that is ranked number 703 on the Fortune 1000. As of December 31, 2016, the company had 1.437 billion barrels of equivalent of proved reserves, of which 68% was in the U.S., 23% in Israel and 9% in Equatorial Guinea.

Noble Energy Inc. has a market cap of $11.51 billion; its shares were traded around $23.65 with and P/S ratio of 2.61. The trailing 12-month dividend yield of Noble Energy Inc stocks is 1.71%. The forward dividend yield of Noble Energy Inc stocks is 1.74%.

On Aug. 8 Noble Energy Inc. announced the pricing of $600 million of 3.85% senior notes that will mature on Jan. 15, 2028 and $500 million of 4.95% senior notes that will mature on Aug. 15, 2047. Both these offerings are pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement that was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offerings to purchase in a cash tender offer or otherwise redeem all its outstanding $1 billion 8.25% senior notes and to pay fees and premiums related to the tender offer.
