TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property option agreement between International Bethlehem Mining Corp. (the "Company") and Gold Summit Corporation (the "Vendor"), whereby the Company has the right to earn up to a 50% interest in the Monte Cristo property located in the Gilbert mining district of Nevada. In consideration the Company will issue up to a total of 600,000 common shares to the Vendor (200,000 in the first year).
