Appointment of independent non-executive director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Northam shareholders are advised that Mr David Hugh Brown has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board of Northam, with effect from 7 November 2017, subject to shareholder approval at the Northam annual general meeting, to be held on Tuesday, 7 November 2017.
