TORONTO (AP) _ Primero Mining Corp. (PPPMF) on Tuesday reported a loss of $7.6 million in its third quarter.

The Toronto-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 1 cent per share.

The precious metals producer posted revenue of $23.6 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at 7 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 81 cents.
