Lightbridge Provides Update; JV with AREVA NP Remains on Track

At Lightbridge, we continue to make excellent progress towards bringing our innovative nuclear fuel to commercialization. The cooperation with AREVA NP is proceeding very well as we operate under the agreements we�ve signed in the last couple of months. We had planned to sign the JV operating agreement this month and launch the JV company in Q1 of 2018. We�ve agreed with AREVA NP to sign the JV operating agreement and launch the JV company simultaneously in January or February. By then, AREVA NP will have its own new name, and we will announce the name for the JV company through a winner of the naming competition that we�ve held.
