NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. � Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) announced today that Stephen Scully has been appointed Chairman of its board of directors. The election of Mr. Scully, who has been a member of the board since 2014, took place at the board�s meeting in December and is effective immediately. Mr. Scully will replace Warren Mitchell, who will remain on the board.
