Electricity dispute with Ekurhuleni municipality: interim payment of R126 million to be made

DRDGOLD Limited, in a stock exchange announcement today, says that an estimated payment of R126 million its subsidiary, Ergo Mining Proprietary Limited (Ergo) is to make to Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM) to ensure continued electricity supply to Ergo will reduce DRDGOLD�s cash balance of R295 million as at 31 December 2017.
