Khalkos Changes its Name and Becomes Pershimex Resources Corporation

MONTREAL, Feb. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KHALKOS EXPLORATION INC. (the “Corporation” or “Khalkos”) (TSX VENTURE:KAS) is pleased to announce that, following the shareholders approval of a special resolution presented at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, held on December 12, 2017, the Corporation officially changed its name to "Pershimex Resources Corporation".

It is provided that the name change will officially be reflected on the TSX Venture Exchange on or about February 15, 2018. The ticker symbol of the Corporation will henceforth be “PRO”.
