Changes to the Board of Directors of
TEAL
TEAL Exploration and Mining Incorporated
(“TEAL”) announced today that Rick
Menell has taken a decision to retire from his role as
President, CEO and director. Hannes Meyer, executive director and financial
officer of TEAL, has been appointed acting CEO, pending the appointment of
a permanent CEO. Rick Menell
will remain a non-executive director on the board of ARM.
