A BIG WEEK FOR HAVILAH

Two ASX releases this week highlight Havilah's steady and determined progress in advancing its multi-commodity mineral resource portfolio :

1. A New 100 million tonne Ore Reserve for Kalkaroo independently estimated in the pre-feasibility study sponsored by Wanbao Mining. There are not many copper deposits of this size in Australia and the valuation multiple is many times Havilah's market capitalisation.

2. SIMEC Mining's due diligence on the Maldorky and Grants iron ore projects with the objective of evaluating their commercialisation potential. SIMEC and the GFG Alliance have revitalised the steel making city of Whyalla and have the logistical and marketing capability to handle iron ore shipments from Havilah's iron ore deposits, which resolves one of the biggest impediments to their development.

100 MILLION TONNE KALKAROO ORE RESERVE

� Maiden Ore Reserve of 474,000 tonnes of contained copper and 1.41 million ounces of gold independently determined by RPMGlobal in the Wanbao Mining sponsored PFS study.
� Largest undeveloped open pit copper deposit in Australia on a copper equivalent ore reserve basis, with a 0.74% copper-equivalent grade.
� Further PFS work is in progress to address several potentially significant value adding options, including the addition of cobalt and the optimisation of metal recoveries.
� Mine permitting, including native title negotiations, is well advanced.
� Places Havilah in a very favourable position in the current strong uptrending copper cycle.

SIMEC MINING COMMENCES DUE DILIGENCE ON HAVILAH'S IRON ORE PROJECTS

� SIMEC Mining (an affiliate of the GFG Alliance) has commenced due diligence on Havilah�s Maldorky and Grants iron ore projects.
� The objective of the study is to evaluate the commercialisation potential of the two iron ore projects.
� Maldorky and Grants projects are favourably located in relation to GFG Alliance�s existing operations at Whyalla, with a continuous rail link available to the port.
� Metallurgical studies are being undertaken on representative ore samples from both deposits.
