Update on The O.T. Mining Corporation

The depressed world commodities cycle has finally turned and the overall view is that the world is entering a cyclical recovery in base metals.  Significantly, base metal prices were up 23% to 30% in the past month of July alone.  The long-term market demand remains positive especially due to the continued industrialization of China, India and Brazil.

Funding for the past two years for junior mineral exploration companies has been paralyzed due to the world economic collapse.  However, the tide has turned and commodities, especially copper and molybdenum, are again being financed.  There is a definite interest in the potential that the Ruby Property has to offer as a world-class asset base.  We remain very optimistic that we will obtain the required exploration funding from a Midwestern group.  This will enable us to initiate drilling on the 6 square mile North Anomaly/Dry Gulch area next spring.

The Ruby property is one of the few enormous exploration projects in the free world.  It covers 21.3 square miles and consists of 13 patented and 681 unpatented claims in Jefferson County, Montana.  It is host to precious - gold and silver and multiple base metals - copper, zinc, lead, and molybdenum.  These metals are the intricate ingredients of the life blood of the industrial world and emerging economies.  The project has now reached the definitive drilling stage.  Forty-five drill holes and access roads have been permitted, and the technical team is ready and eager to get to work.

For an investor, the leverage is enormous as O.T. is comprised of less than 14,000,000 fully diluted shares.  The Ruby Project is just 14 miles north north east of the second largest mining camp in the world, The Butte Mining District, host to The Richest Hill on Earth.  Dr. Fess Foster has just released a comprehensive report, dated August 11, 2009, that is posted on O.T.s web site: www.otmining.com.  To view it, go to O.T.s Home Page right hand side under Latest Updates.  It favourably compares the Ruby porphyry system with the porphyry system at Butte.  The two porphyries are very similar.  They are the same age, hosted by the same magma body and occur along the same regional fault zone.  The Butte Camp has produced about $50 billion in metals since the 1860s.  Approximately 95% of this wealth was mined from the Main Stage Veins and the Ruby Project has the potential for similar veins.
