Vancouver, BC -- Resinco(tm) Capital Partners Inc. ("Resinco") announces that on November 24, 2009, it acquired ownership of 2,000,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of Galena Capital Corp. ("Galena"), which represents approximately 3.4% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Galena as of November 24, 2009.
This transaction was made for investment purposes and Resinco could increase or decrease its investments in Galena depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
