TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 6, 2011) - Crystallex International Corporation (News - Market indicators)(NYSE Amex:KRY) ("Crystallex" or the "Company") today announced that trading of the Company's common stock will be suspended on the NYSE Amex exchange (the "Exchange") effective at the close of business on June 6, 2011, subject to the Company's appeal to remain listed on the Exchange. (Please refer to the Company's press release of June 1, 2011 for more information). The Company has been informed that it is eligible for trading on the OTCQB Marketplace effective Market open on June 7, 2011 under the new ticker symbol CRYXF. Additionally, the Company will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

OTC Markets Group Inc. operates the world's largest electronic marketplace for broker-dealers to trade unlisted stocks, including the OTCQB Marketplace. Investors will be able to view Real Time Level II stock quotes for the Company at http://www.otcmarkets.com under the ticker symbol CRYXF.
