Panthera announces Exercise of 3,740,000 Warrants
Panthera Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: PNX, FRA: GAC, WKN: A0RK7E, "Panthera" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that 3,740,000 Panthera warrants have been exercised for proceeds of $411,400. The Company is pleased with the confidence and support shown by its shareholders. These proceeds will be used to evaluate project acquisition targets and for general working capital purposes.
