Illinois Manufacturers' Association Renews, Expands Agreement Choosing Constellation Energy as Endorsed Energy Supplier for IMA Companies
New Services Include Load Response, Residential Electric Choice for IMA Plants and Companies Employing 600,000 Workers
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Constellation Energy (NYSE: CEG), the nation's leading competitive electricity supplier to business and public sector customers, today announced the Illinois Manufacturers' Association has signed a three-year agreement choosing Constellation as its endorsed energy supplier, further cementing a relationship that began 10 years ago.

New services available to IMA members in the contract include natural gas, residential electric choice with the potential to benefit 600,000 manufacturing workers, and load response service to help IMA companies offset rising operating costs during periods of peak energy demand.

Constellation Energy offers Illinois manufacturers a variety of services, including energy purchasing programs for commercial and industrial electric power and natural gas. Constellation works with customers to identify peak load periods so companies can optimize production during periods when energy is at a lower price.
Constellation Energy is a recognized leader in the Illinois business and public sector energy market, and has been providing electric and natural gas service to thousands of the state's largest employers, schools, hospitals and municipalities for more than a decade.
