(TSXV: NGG) is pleased to announce, further to its news release of April 24, 2012, that Greg Heaney, the Company?s current Interim Chief Executive Officer, has agreed to take on the role of President and Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed to the Company?s Board of Directors.
